Health Coaching
At S&S we believe in the power of a healthy mind and body. We know how its important for you to have someone to support you on your journey. That is why we created our health coaching program. Our goal is to help you navigate the challenges you face on your health journey and motivate you through out your journey. Your coach will be there every step of the way cheering you when your up and holding your hand when your down. Your health coach is also your accountability partner. Your health coach will keep track of your progress every step of the way. You'll be able to work with us one on one or in a group setting.Fitness
Fitness contributes 20% to the weightloss process. Physical fitness is a body's ability to function efficiently and effectively.There are 4 types of fitness That is to say endurance, strength, balance and flexibility. We need them all. Why because they contribute to our health and well-being. It is important for us to workout to manage our weight, prevent disease, improve brain function, boost muscle strength, boost confidence and improve your cardiovascular system and therefore improve your ability to do everyday activities. Therefore the physical activity aspect is important for every one, wether you are trying to lose weight or not but also contributes alot to your weightloss process. There are no short-cuts.
Nutrition
Your new goal is to lose weight. Your going to have change a few things when it comes to your meals. And make new decisions based on what works for you and your body. This is where nutrition comes in.Some foods are great for weightloss - some are not. And while its important to always focus on eating whole foods Instead of processed ones.
Its also important to pay attention to the quantity of the foods you are eating.
The nutrition and diet plan you choose to follow should be able to sufficiently fuel your body and also keep you in a calorie deficit.
