1. 5 table spoons of cassave flour(gluten free option))
2. 3 eggs (rich in protein)

4. pinch of salt
5. 1 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil
6. 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence(optional)
Ingredients
1. Combine bananas and eggs in a bowl or blender.
2.Mix in all the other ingredients.
3. Heat a non stick pan over low to medium heat
4. Add one tablespoon of oil oil to the nin stick pan and pour in the butter.
5. Cook until bubbles appear, flip and cook the other side.
